Privacy

Island Power Guard is operated by Third M Ventures for this St. Thomas UPS offering. This page covers the reservation form on this site.

What we collect

The form asks for your name, email, phone, an optional business name, how many units you want, which island you are on, and permission to contact you. We also store the time, a short reference code, and the IP address of the submission so we can slow down repeated junk.

Why

We use it to hold your place in line, to tell you when your unit is on an arriving shipment, when pickup is, and how payment works. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long

We keep a reservation until it has been filled or cancelled, plus the warranty period if you buy, or until you ask us to delete it. Write from the same email you reserved with and say you want it removed.

Who sees it

Staff at Third M Ventures who are handling this offering. Payment, if you later decide to buy, happens when we contact you. This form does not take a card number.
